Returns:
We offer a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience.
If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible.

Terms and Conditions:
1- All returns must be postmarked no later than 5 calendar days after the order is received.
2- Your original invoice must accompany your returned item(s) in order to process your refund.
3- All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be unopened and unused before they can be accepted for a refund.
4- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on these items.
If these items are returned to us, they will be sent back to you at your expense.
You may return your purchase by one of the following options:
1- Returns by mail, please send us your original invoice and the item(s) you wish to return.

Exchanges:
Exchanges cannot be carried out by mail. You may exchange your purchase in person at one of our stores in Canada.
Please bring your original invoice with you.
Receiving a Refund:
Once we receive the return and determine that it complies with the Terms & Conditions, we will promptly refund you the cost of the merchandise.
Your refund will only be credited to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.
It may take up to two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
